Firstly, we'd like to say—we love our American customers! You guys rock, and we absolutely love seeing all your POG goodies make their massive journey, half a world away and across 17–19 time zones, to reach you.

That said, I’m sorry to be the bearer of less-than-stellar news today.

As many of you may know, the United States' import tariff landscape is evolving rapidly, keeping international sellers like us on our toes.

On 30 July 2025, the United States Government announced that from 29 August 2025, all goods imported into the U.S. will have tariffs and duties collected prior to entry. This change ends the long-standing "de minimis" duty exemption for low-value imports. However, U.S. Customs & Border Protection has not yet provided clear guidance on how these tariffs and charges will be collected.

As such, and until further notice, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily cease shipping orders to the United States of America until we have greater clarity on how these new protocols will be applied.
